That does in fact make the best running saw of the 3 being contemplated

This has been contemplated. I know I have the more valueable saw in this scenario. Ball in Nightrougue's court for now. There are some other saws that I wouldn't mind owning including a 390 or a 7310. Pretty sure a Dolkita could net me funds to purchase either.

I am not in teh Faceboogers. Since it's basically the only classifieds left, kinda sucks for me trying to sell stuff. I held out this long, so I'll continue to stay unbooked. I have a buddy who I beg favor from to list things for me on there. lol Couldn't get a bite on CL for some nice tires & wheels so he's gonna list them for me.

Marketplace is a tough sell. I was referring to the Chainsaw Repair and/or Dolmar chainsaw groups on fb. Like a forum, but the posts and info get lost due to the format o_O
Keeps the noobs somewhere between mis-informed and mis-advised :zip::confused:

The new generation is not as hip to bulletin boards. I have a dolkita and a 372xp clone. The XT has weird carburetors and parts, no thanks. That 7900 would be awesome if I knew parts would be available.

I bought some of those too. Enough to keep em running for a while unless catastrophic. Currently, redundancy means I can survive at least one catastrophic event. I see people trading and selling parts for yellow McCulloch's regularly still on the various forums.

Nothing from the guy with all the old saws. Mebbe he ain't that interested. Ah well.

#4…OEM top ends are less than $10 difference in price right now, port the other 7900.
