I had a german shepard X, she burped after she ate, like a human burp, I laughed because it was funny. The rest of her life she'd walk up to me after eating to burp

Caffeine! Managed to get some time to cut some firewood over the weekend. Along with some other outdoor chores. Tractor running and helping nicely. Worked a little overtime and spent some time with Mom Sunday. A good three day weekend. Back to the grind. You hoarders stay safe and have some kind of fun today.

My cousin and the crew done siding on these houses. Unfortunately I have no before pictures on hand but they look much better now.

They're about to build a house from scratch in Dildo, and I can't wait to see it.

Congratulations to your son, give him our thanks and appreciation for “standing up”. One son was in AF for 23 years (F-15C driver)and left as Lt Col. Grandson did 6 years primarily as crew chief in F35 program. Enjoy San Antonio while there and go down to the river walk!

Sweet. I can't tell from the picture. Is that a silver maple?

Girth (circumference) of eight metres (26 feet) according to this article:

'Magnificent' Scottish oak that 'time forgot' named UK Tree of the Year

That would be a diameter of 2.5 metres (nearly eight and a half feet).

They say it is only 400 years old, not 1,000 like the BBC.

It is a silver maple that was just a sapling when my mom and dad built the house.

Trying to start a load of very very seasoned old splits, but they are damp from snow/slush/rain. Now I'm trying a fire starter Cash Larue sent me for Secret Santa, looks good so far, fingers crossed! I see some flames.
