What's on the grill or smoker?

Put some turkey sausage on da bronco to get some grill marks.....

 

Stuffed with fire roasted red peppers and some really good blue cheese,sprinkled wit chedder,back in da bronco for meltage.....

 

Steakhouse mushroom pork filet on da bronco.....pulled off at 142

 

Those look kinda lonely on there. You must be on a half-day schedule today.
