Starting again from where I left off.

When you have a delicate problem because of the possibility of feelings being affected, go directly to the person involved and ask him for advice in solving the problem. Ask advice from the man who can help you.

Knowing the problem is the first step in finding the solution. (Being able to really nail down the problem is difficult for most people.)

Because a man is a product of his environment, he should purposely choose that which develops him best towards his objectives.

If you lack experience or a particular talent or skill and you don’t want to pay the price to acquire it, then hire someone who has it to do the job for you.

In interviewing people, appeal to their imagination, appeal to their emotions, by telling the stories of other men in the organization who are a success in your work.

The value of a needle is more than a thousand times the value of the raw material from which it is formed.

To find a person’s “hot button”, you must first find out what a person wants – what he needs to get it – and how you can help him get it. You need to first help him crystallize a need in his mind for something he doesn’t have. Then you show him that you have the best thing to fill that need. When his desire becomes a burning desire, the person’s “hot button” has been pushed.

You can motivate another person to do what you want when you give him an opportunity to get what he wants.

About the only thing these electric bikes, skate boards, and scooters are doing, are making already lazy kids/people more lazy.
