Me got things nailed, not this year, maybe not ever and i don't give a damm about rebates. That just jacks up the installation figures.

I think I mentioned this before, but when I got my mini split, I got a few quotes. All about the same. We used the Maine Energy rebate and the US gov. rebates given out that year. In the end, I only spent $100 out of pocket for my whole system. The company processed the rebate data. Couldn't have been easier. Good heater, but has fabulous AC

I Don't have another camera phone for comparison. But pictures, zoom, and camera features seem to be pretty good. Ultra s22.

I have 3 methods of heating the main floor - ironically I only have one method of heating the basement, but it would take quite a while to get to the point where I'd need to worry about the water lines. I could always put a couple of room heaters down there if I needed to. My BP is low, so I can stand for it to go up and you burn more calories when you are cold. But, I hate being cold so I don't burn as many calories as I could :D

I only got them because I could get a screaming deal at the time - something like 15% off if I got the set, plus an extra 10% off for getting a Lowe's card, which I promptly paid off and never used again. The washer has way outlasted any previous washer (top or front loader) I've had in the past. We went thru 3 washers in the 25 years I was at my previous house and we didn't buy cheap ones. I've never had a dryer before, so have nothing to compare it to.

Mine are on bases also since I wasn't sure how wet my basement would get. Turns out where the W/D are, is the driest section so would have been fine without. But, it is nice that I don't have to stoop as low, plus the storage drawer in each base is handy.

I like Samsung phones as they tend to make some of the larger screens. My last 3 phones have been Samsung, and I keep them as long as I can. I got my S9+ because my previous phone wouldn't load airline apps. Then I bought my A53 about 1.5 years ago because Kansas literally does not support 4G anymore so I couldn't communicate with family while I was visiting, not even in the airport.

I can't take pictures worth a darn so I don't buy phones for picture taking capabilities - although I do hear they have a couple that are really good.

I actually have had a Galaxy phone since "the beginning" of my smart phone use, and have had "0" issues. Current one is the Z-Flip....works great.

Yes they do. My kids both have iPhones, and they both agree the pics from my Z- flip Android phone are better.

Truck and tractor puttin in work!

Picked up 25 bags of TSC branded. Also picked up a 3pt pallet lift to offset the load. Hope it lifts more than the 12 it lifts with the loader forks!

No, But we had some unused gift cards so we added another ton to the stash. Out of pocket was only $125 for this ton and its been some odd years since we paid that little. Sit on them as long as possible, Never know what kind of stuff might hit the fan next. So more on hand might not be a bad idea.

Oil is the lowest since we've moved in. May add to the tank next. We done buyin pellet though! Dis be dat!!

About 1000 lbs. I have to deduct the weight of the forks which are approx 300. So about 700 lbs or 15 to 16 bags. No issues with the lifting, Its the light rear feeling(like its going to tip). More weight on the back should fix that. And I should be moving 14 bags on the rear at the same time. Rear lift is 800 and the 3pt attachment barely weighs 100ish.
