Think I'm gonna trade the chargriller in for a rambler...its a nice little pit but I don't like the half hood

And we finally lit the Bronco last night. Gave the grill a good cleaning with the pressure washer. Burgers, dogs, kielbasa and chicken and beef kebabs. Nothing stick to the grill. No pics though. I’ll get some next time.

That was actually pretty genius of chargriller to do it that way. That's actually just the firebox they decided to make it into its own stand alone tailgate type cooker. Charbroiler had the same kinda smoker but the firebox couldn't be used like that. I e been a chargriller fan for decades. Not sure when I got my first one but it was really early 2000's. Last year I bought my last one I'll ever by. Never seen welds that bad. They're a cheap smoker and I understand that but now they're just made crappy. 155260.jpeg

Family wasn't suppose to be around so I made half rack all to myself. Turns out plans fell through and well I had to share.........:(

Tried a slightly different method and experimented with my FB setup, it just turned out incredible!
