    I took the stitches out myself Tuesday night. It’s healing as it should. Only took the day after off from doing mostly normal activities.

    Haha. Anyone can take stitches out. Wasn’t wasting an hour plus and $15 on a copay.

    Once when I had stitches in my hand they started to loosen so I took the rest out myself. Enough time had passed so I was good to go.

    Very glad that it was not worse and that you are healing up and hairing over! I once did something like that with a table saw and had to have a few stitches. VERY careful around them now! I'm sure you will be also. Hope this is your last ever bite!:handshake:

    I did so on my daughters 5 stitches on her chin when she was 5 years old.. she remembers and does most of them now..
    Tweezers to pull the knot and toe nail clippers. Sterilize with 97% rubbing alcohol first…
