3 swipes with the stihl 2 in one. I think pine makes it a lot easier. I don’t cut a lot of pine thankfully. Nasty sticky sap everywhere.

Yep. I have 3 sizes of the stihl 2 in 1 sharpeners collection dust. I'll save them for the Zombie apocalypse.

but I just felt like sharpening the chain and using the 2 in 1. I even have a bag with sharp chains in the tool box.

I truly dislike cutting pine! Even if I wore a hazmat suit I would get sap all over me.

 

My son got the 281 running. Kept the original Tilly on it. Discovered that it needs all new rubber suspension. No shocker there. Eric Wanderweg lmk if you found some for your 61, I’ll probably buy them for him and need a decent source.
Looks like it was rode hard and put away wet. Tons of compression though. And it has that 288 big bore dirtbike idle. He loves it.

He asked me to look for a high top cover. We discussed putting a Uni on it and cutting a hole through the original. I’d need a velocity stack for that.
