Made up some polish kielbasas with a PS kit. Turned out pretty good. Little mustard on top and voila! En route Upon arrival Got a chorizo kit, French onion brat kit, and a bbq hunter stick kit. Crazy all the different seasoning kits they have!
Great minds think alike! Do you do smaller batches and use it as you go or big batch and freeze for later use? Thinking of doing big batch when using the natural casings so I don’t have to guess on how many casings to get ready.
Bigger batches,today is 10lb breakfast sausage in collagen casings,and 15lb jalapeño and chedder in hog casings...will vacuum seal and freeze,couple weeks ill do a batch of chicken sausages
