No..double stack..its like a 2 or 3 round extension...ill take some pics fer ya...i shoot 124 gr +p+ ranger t's..its very manageable...the crimson trace just sets it off...
The 26 is a sweet heart, I really like that one. Last trip to Neb. though, she chose the 19 over the 26, so that's what showed up. The grip on the LC9S allowed me a full 3 finger purchase, the 26 does not. But the Ruger is quite a bit slimmer. Someday I'll have a 26, just not now.
splitoak, no issues with +P+? I'm wondering about the Ruger, whether it's OK for +P and +P+. I've got a great supply of Buffalo Bullets +P+.
Nice. I've got a bunch of factory G-17 19rnd. mags I keep with the 19. Baby's been "teething", sounds like she needs some solid food.
I dont think so....i know glock pistols can handle above standard pressure loads..not sure about any other manufacturer..i would not suggest shooting them unless you do research on your particular model...

The manual states- Do not use reloaded, remanufactured, or handloaded ammunition. "Because"- it may not meet applicable SAAMI, CIP, or NATO standards and yadda, yadda, yadda. It really says- yadda, yadda, yadda. Seriously. Ok , may be not.
All comes down to the Lawyers, doesn't it. I don't think I've ever seen anything in writing that stated-" we recommend" the constant use of +P+ ammo. Capable or not, they have to hedge their bets- litigation sucks. I've read the Glocks are fine with +P+. I've read the Rugers are not. The extra recoil impulses from higher pressure ammo are not worth the wear-n-tear while range testing and practice. To me, a good range session involves a feeling of comfort in what you're shooting. Less recoil makes for a better time at the range. If you want the stouter stuff, shoot a mag. at the end of the session, just to check point-of-impact. If it's radically different, I wouldn't consider that ammo until I had it under control. I've always been a fan of the theory that it's better to have 10 rounds of .22 on target, than 10 rounds of .45 missing.
