.......and all I had last evening was a stinky old san andres wrapped oliva 2nd! 99 lbs was not appreciative!
I stopped by the Leaf Brothers in Waukee on my way home & snagged one of these, it was a pretty good cigar.
This was a pretty darn good cigar. More unrecognizable flavors but pleasant & enjoyable, slow even burn. It was a short & fat cigar so maybe this one had hippo crap in it, idk.
Pretty much, there is an occasional moth or June bug. The skeeters were bad about 3 weeks ago but pretty non exist around the house now. I usually try to have 2 of these on also. They are cordless & usually last about 10-12hrs. I have also noticed a couple of bats floating around at night & we have about 50 barn swallows that seem to have a feeding frenzy every morning about dawn & in the evenings about dusk.
Having this one & another cup of this, this morning. The hay won’t be dry enough to rake until around 10:00 - 11:00, the air is pretty soupy feeling.
Well when you figure out the trick for that let me know. I usually only smoke my pipe a few 2-3 times a week & I still battle tongue bite sometimes.
It's good to see you're able to enjoy your cigars and pipes again, Jim. I too, fight tongue bite. I never would've thought there was such an "art" to smoking pipes, and cigars, when I started smoking, but there sure seems to be, at least for me. Finding that balance is elusive at times. Enjoy your weekend, fellas.
I must be in the garden spot, it’s low 70’s here & a nice southerly breeze has moved the humidity out. Having the last Bongani from the 3 pack, so far this one hasn’t been near as good as the other 2.
