Scored some wood on Marketplace. Tree service job that the homeowner wanted gone. I was the third (and last) person to get there. I got all the remaining limb wood and everything else I could lift. I went back a few days later and noodled several rounds.[IMG][IMG]

Load of mostly basswood I picked up from a guy that cuts on his property. This is my second load from him.[IMG]

Last 2 loads from the MP score. It's processed and in the storage yard. Totalled out to about a cord. I got a bit of bundle wood and kindling out of it as well.[IMG][IMG]

Smart to halve and quarter those to get them in the truck. Find myself doing more and more of that myself

Have you ever had any HL? Heaviest IMO.

I've got to the point where rounds over 12" get sectioned. More pieces to handles yes, but minimal grunting when I do. Seems I grunt a lot easier in my old age! :BrianK: :picard:

Yeah, here’s a load of honey locust from a removal I did last summer. Glad to have the helper too! Kinda like to know what that load weighed F32443D9-3602-4496-A931-49E5A1F62523.jpeg

Full load of honey locust with some black walnut for good measure. Two rare scores for me and a first for getting them together. IMG_5766.JPG

Mine too! Loose thrown, I can get almost a cord per truck, so I figure it’s about 3.5 cord total. I’ll measure it out once I get it stacked.

Woke up at 0-dark-thirty so on a whim I threw the ramp in the truck and went back to where I had found that ash scrounge a couple weeks ago. Figured everything would be gone but nothing had been touched. Loaded up three more decent pieces in the truck and was back home sipping coffee before 0600. Even standing them up, I could only get three rounds in the bed and still have room to angle the ramp in (times like this I miss my 3/4 ton with the 8-foot bed).
