0.325 spur sprocket to 0.375 rim sprocket conversion-chain questions

    Next in the never ending saga for more… An 8 tooth sprocket. It turns out the ones I bought were the larger Stihl spline, and I needed the smaller 19mm style. I only found 7 tooth sprockets in that configuration though, so I ended up making this 8 tooth sprocket myself. I’ll do a test fit on the power head tomorrow, and as long as it fits I’ll run the other 3 I have that are finished besides the internal spline.

    That's what I've done. I had do do some fun stuff to get a 10 tooth sprocket shoehorned in there... For certain things you can trade torque for chain speed.

    Thanks. I have half a dozen extras that I'm more than willing to part with. They'd probably make good GTG gifts. I'm just not sure how many different models they'd fit. I should probably look into making some Husky dogs as well...
