My wife who loves her Ridgeline drove brothers real truck to get gas; it was blocking her in; 5 miles to store and back.. truck is F-350 dually super cab with 8 foot bed.. her comment if he paid over 10 grand for it he’s crazy! 5 point turn to get to gas pump.. will not fit through a drive through (towing mirrors) needs minimum 2.5 parking spaces’ length and width! and used a gallon of gas to by 12 gallons (2 for mix) 2 5 gallon cans for mower splitter etc.. it’s a stupid vehicle!! No wonder you want to borrow my “suv with a birth defect” to deliver your daughter couch to city with parking both sides of road you meet a box truck and your both stuck!! I so hard My wife is usually quiet and reserved BUT 11 mpg (pretty good hills to get there) was her limit
We have had many big three pickup trucks of all sizes. This truck fits our needs perfectly at this stage of our life. They aren't traditionally designed trucks for sure, but they are still pickup trucks wether the not a real truck gang likes it or not. My wife is the one that wanted us to get the Ridgeline. I wanted a Tacoma until I drove one. After owning the Honda I see why the people that have them like them so much.
To get back on topic... buZZsaw BRAD What is the date on your saw? Later models were significantly lighter than the early versions.
I see that, but as someone with the terrible lower back- I might think about a lightweight, ported, several notches above stock saw… potentially as fast as the next size saw in the hoard, to be a gooder choice for said back problems. The saw to each.
I 100% agree with this and its the reason all my saws are small and light. That was the one of the reasons for selling the second 241. Its closer to a 50cc saw in weight with an 18" bar. You can definitely feel 8/10 of a pound when you're a crip. Lol
Not sure if any of you have heard of a former, well known saw builder named Brad Snelling. He sold his personal 261 after he bought a new 241 and ported it. The 261 was ported as well.
He wasn't porting anymore by the time I got into saws. I haven't seen him post on any saw forum I've been on since joining. That was 2019 for one, then this one in 2021.
IIRC correctly, he was at Kenis’ 2015(?) GTG. Backwoods Savage, you & the ornery One were there… I don’t remember his FHC screen name exactly.
With my A.D.D. I hadn't noticed. Nice to see my name on there again! Do you want the same amount or has the fee gone up?
Where would I find the date? I was kinda surprised how light the saw is. I picked up my 201 RH with the 241 in the other hand and about the same.
