Been warm here off and on.
    90F a couple days.
I serviced the AC in the house
Washed the filter unit....Cleaned the AC condenser fins of moss that seems to grow each winter.

The unit fired up and as usual some years...The condenser fan did nor want to start....Needs a little help the first time....

Once up and going the air out the closest vent to the unit was at a lovely 50F and after about 20 minutes had dropped to 48F

A 90F day and the vent temp will stay at 50F

    Can't complain at all....

We are running one stove today off and on......Been low 50's F and scattered showers.

    I am not complaining.......

Cool and showery weather off and on for a few days.....

Wife and I did the winter to summer porch swap, All the winter stuff got stowed and the kitty stuff was unpacked. Officially opened the catio this am and served the tenants their breakfast. All are now nested by a window and sleeping it off. :D

Was going to finish putting the new blinds up, But can't disturb da spoiled bratts!!

Ran the P43 early yesterday morning - first time in a while. We may get a shot of cold air next week where the highs are in the 40's, so still keeping it ready. Shouldn't need it the rest of this week as we are supposed to head to the mid/upper 80's, maybe even hit 90 (after being in the 50's for the last 3 days. Today will be the transition period as we will be in the mid/high 70's.

Yesterday morning I had the mini split on to keep the house warm. Turned it off late morning. Had lots of sun and the outside temps rose up to near 80. Closed all my shades and curtains and the front rooms of the house (west side) still got to 77*. Opened a couple of windows for the overnight and inside got down to 74*. When I got up a little while ago, I set up a window fan in one of the bedrooms and have it on exhaust while I have kitchen windows open to pull in cooler air. I'll probably have to have the mini split on AC this afternoon - maybe earlier in my office.

May give the P43 its season end cleaning and close up this weekend.
