Prime steak pepperjack sammiches on da flat top tomorrow

 

Did I-talian subs here tonight. Nothing grilled but still tasty. You can tell when the grease pours out after you cut it

 

Theyz gettin happy..... cooked with seasoned beef tallow from the other day cook..

 

Prime sirloin that I trimmed up a little same thing...lube it up with beef tallow from the other cook

 

Man....that's not even fair

 

A good burger would be wonderful right now....

I believe it has more vinegar at its base. Unlike a tomato based sauce.

 

Yes,mustard base.. I been using lillie's which is great,always testing....
