These are great for anytime. And they pack really well for lunch the next day! I don’t butter the second half until it’s been squished. I use a small cutting board to do the squishing Cook till lightly crusty on the first half. Once there and squished, butter the other half and flip. Squish again once flipped. Cook and squish until lightly crusty on the second side That’s not my plate. Mine will have chips,,,and slaw.
The way the food was piling up on the bun, I figured you would need a chainsaw to cut it up to eat. Looks good.
