the next time i cook these it will be on the offset or i will use a raised rack and a-foil pan like you usually see me do....the problem is the bacon grease drips on the deflector and into the fire also...i can taste it in the product.its not my first rodeo,i shoulda know better
Killing it! I smoked 1st pork shoulder of the season last weekend, no pic's I always forget! I've got it dialed in!
My daughter graduates memorial weekend and we're doing a party for her. Going to do 8 racks of ribs, chicken quarters, and a pork butt. If I can find a decent priced brisket I'll do that too.
