In NH, VT & ME you don't take off the snow tires or put away the plow, snowblower and shovels until Memorial Day. Then it's safe.

Power came back on around 8:30. Shut down genny, took a nap, woke up around 9:45 power off again. This time instead of 48% of the town, Unitil's outage map show 80% of Kingston out. Genny back on, have gas for a couple days. Predator 9000 (7250w running, 9000w peak), will run 12-13 hrs at 40% load. Currently only have about 900w load on it. Well pump and microwave will bump that up when used.

10:25 pm and power still out. Generator running great, Fidium Fiber internet been up all day. Unitil shows 596 customers out in town but it was 525 a couple hours ago. Just topped off the genny's gas tank so will be good for at least 10-11 hours.

Power came back on at 12:30 am. Right after I had gone to bed naturally. Lori yelling up the stairs "hey power is back on, you need to do anything with the generator?" So threw some clothes on and went out and shut it down.

Sun trying to break thru the cloud cover.

Still a lot of people without power in NH & ME. This stuff was like wet cement. When the town plow came by yesterday it was like he was just rolling big snowballs up the street. I had a 30 inch high wall at the end of the driveway I had to smash apart so the snowblower could tackle it. And we only got 5-6 inches of snow. But it was so wet.

Saw this morning NH Electric Co-op still has over 8000 customers w/o power. Only have 380 crews out working. Eversource has 3000 customers out but has almost 1000 crews out working.
Yesterday morning at the WalMart in Epping I saw about 15 bucket trucks and an RV with a Mobile Command Center sign on it in the parking lot. Then about 10 more bucket trucks out on Rt 125 as I was leaving.

10 day forecast showing temps in the 50's and 60's. Guess I can shut down the P43 for the season.

    Hello.
Hope you all are well and happy.

Loaded in 6 tons of a new brand , Upcountry hardwood blend, and posted a quick review in that forum.
    (I like them a lot)

    9.5 tons total on hand
The surplus has built back up after buying only 4 tons a few years back.
Maybe next year i will only have to load in 4 or 5 tons.
Still training powerlifting, and it was a challenge to stay on schedule after loading these all in Tuesday.

Those top couple of layers have got to be hard to get into place.

    Indeed.
The restacking is the really hard part
Rocking and punching the bags to get them flat enough to leave room for that last layer.
And the pallet immediately to the right of the ramp as i face the hatch is a tight fit to work in.
I'll build up to where there is one bag at the top layer in the back corner, and fill in up to it.
    75 bags per though.
