    Good morning y'all

    34/65 sunny.

Planning to deliver a mixed load of lumber today, then on the return trip Tom and I have to help the auction guy organize my pew collection.

We had a good day on the water yesterday, caught 12, one decent bass, 11 crappie and a first-rate sunburn.

Morning all. Blue clear sky again this morning with temps at freezing. I hope it isn't as windy as yesterday. A breeze is nice to keep the bugs away but yesterday was a little cold. If our bones can do it, we plan on going out again to get another alder. If not, it will chores and cooking for a potluck tomorrow.

For a thread on our adventures this last little while, here is the link Firewood gathering - it has been a while

MikeInMa I am glad to hear that both you and your dad are doing better. Didn't you also have a root canal on top of all that?
Sawdust Man Nice that you had a good time on the water. It did look cold though.
Chvymn99 Nice way to end the week - NOT I hope the problems smooth out soon.
T.Jeff Veal Hope your day goes well and you get your nap in.

    Everyone have a great day.

    Good morning, members.

Overcast day. 35⁰/40⁰ chance of showers.

I hope to bring some wood to the deck. Overnight lows in the 30's will mean the stove will be lit.

There's a chance dad will be discharged today and transported to a rehab facility. Day to day.

    Be safe
    Be healthy

Looks like a nice day today. Sun will be up soon and we should see it most of the day. I may haul some sand today to fill in some holes on one of the woods trails. Also bring more wood to porch. Heating season is not done yet but this week we probably won't use much wood.

Morning all. After two beautiful days, we have a grey overcast day with drizzle in the forecast. We did go out and get another load of red alder from our firewood site. Two days in a row might be a bit much for us but we had a good weather to do it in.

Jesus told the people lots of stories to help them understand the meaning behind His teachings. As they gathered on the hillside to listen to him, He looked over to the shore of the lake. On the rocky cliffs beside the lake were houses that been built and stood for quite some time. He told the people that whoever hears his words and puts them into practice is like the man that built his house on a rock. The winds blew and the rains fell and the house stood. But whoever hears my words and ignores them, is like the foolish man who built his house on the sand. The wind blew and the rain fell and the house collapsed. What foundation is your life built on? The Word of God or the ways of the world?

The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. Psalm 18: 2

    Happy Sabbath, everyone
