storms rolling through the past couple days, dropping the temperature from sixties and seventies. Will be in the low thirties during night for about a week.

Oak and maple on the menu for now.

Had a fun hailstorm this morning. A few more storms through the day. Loud cannon booming thunder to boot

Last 48 hours had almost 3" of rain at the house, with more on the way. At this point, it may be July until I'm dried out. 45*, still going through my SS wood and miscellaneous chunks and uglies.

Wind began last evening and continued overnight but gaining strength......and snow-don't forget about the snow. It seems we just can't get away from it!

My backyard at one point yesterday looked like a lake. Glad we didn’t have high winds because the ground is thoroughly saturated. And it’s still raining pretty good here.

34/68 Had snow overnight. Very windy. Looking like another day of trying to break my dog of her YouTube addiction........ poor thing...

This weather pattern reminds me of an old movie.
    Groundhog Day.

Yeah. I was just out with the dogs and heard the wind pick up. I thought oh $hit. One part of my yard is just a mud hole. The creek behind the house was class 4 rapids at times.

46/72 heading for 36 overnnight. Haven't put wood in the stove since Monday night. Going to start back up before bed for some 24/7 burning till Sunday or Monday. Just brought in a wheelbarrow full to add to the stove room, cherry and ash. Also just put batteries in a new Acurite in/out thermometer. The old one we've had for years was going in and out.

37/68. Threw 3 piece on before leaving to keep her warm today. First time I've added in the AM for several weeks.
