Good Morning to all, 31/60, fired up the pellet stove and hope to bring some wood up to the house today. We have 4 days of snow and rain mix this upcoming week.

The forecast was for rain beginning on Friday evening and going overnight. They were wrong:thumbs:, not a drop of rain that I can see. Chunkies in the fire this morning.

I just told my wife last night that we are supposed to have snow next week, probably need to have more wood. Patio stack is dwindling, suppose I could cut up the kitchen chairs. :saw:

Rain and cool temps for a few days. Not going to complain. Its been so dry around here for so long.
Any of our local rivers could be walked across without water getting past your knees!

58/26, was going to lite a fire, and after checking the weather the temps are supposed to rapidly rise into the 50's. Although I have some firewood here to burn, I started the pellet stove for convienence, I'll shut it down in a couple hours and go cut some trees for 2026/2027.

Looks like rain for most of the week with a dip in temps
Loaded some SS chunks and uglies before I left for work. Saw some hackberry, pine, basswood, cherry in the mix.
Gonna have to bring some more serious BTU wood down for midweek

29/60, went with the pellet stove again for an hour or two as it's already sunny and will be into the 50's within a few hours. After today we have 4 days of snow and/or rain coming, so I'll try to cut some more logs at the sawhorses while it's nice out.
