Hello all, I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue. I've put two orders into HL Supply online and both times items were missing from my order and notated on the invoice but no refund was given. First order was missing 1 item and latest order was missing 5 items. Could be coincidence but curious if others had the same problem or if you do place an order, check your order? Both times it has been fixed once I called customer service. Zack
I have ordered from hl supply. I always call the order in that way I can confirm the product is in stock. I have not had a problem with them.
I've only ordered from them twice, both times were Farmertec MS660 build kits...the first one was missing the 660 badge, which I heard that it was kind of thing for those kits to be spotty with the badges back then. I mentioned it to them but nothing ever happened with that...
