38/73 after a pretty day at 52. Dropping to 25 tonight and have been having some snow squalls. Evening mixed load of ash, maple and oak cruising right along. Taking my wife to Amish country tomorrow for her birthday. Snow had stopped so I thought I would wash the vehicle we are taking. Almost dried and it got covered with snow.

Our weather has gone to below normal temperatures which we have not seen much of lately. It looks like we'll be like this for a week at least. Snowed much of the day yesterday but the ground is warm so it did not stick too much. No shovelling at least.

Ended up shoveling 4 times yesterday/plowing only once. Gonna have to shovel once again this morning (of course). Don't know if I'll plow or not until I get outside. With almost 1000' of gravel driveway, it sure helps keeping the snow off of it before it begins to melt.....a lot less of a mess that way.

Only 9 outside this morning. Brought in some more elm and silver maple yesterday evening. 10 day forecast looks ok for the first part but looks wintery for the coming weekend.

We got spoiled by some weather in the 60's and 70's but now we're back to reality. Mid 30's, windy, and spitting a little snow. Boiler is back on duty and burning more hickory and oak cut offs.

Ended up plowing (landscaping here and there) along with shoveling. Get this.....the sun has enough kick in it for some more melting today!

Parking area is already bare along with some driveway spots.

    23 now.

I got a fire going this morning and let it go out later in the day. I just got a fire going again to take the chill out this evening.

We’re 12hrs on 12 off so far this week. Temps dipped again. I’m not complaining one bit. Just started up with a homemade fire starter on RO splits.
