A friend got a call from the power company that they needed to trim a tree at his property where he has garages for his car collection. They offered to take it down to the ground and cut it up, but they don’t take it away. They did chip up the limbs so it is a clean site.

Today I h loaded most of the ugly, twisty parts and dropped them off beside the boiler. Judging from them, it was a dreadful looking tree. I will need to tow my splitter over there for some, but it’s about a fifteen minute drive, and all of it will go directly to the shed, while I continue build inventory for next year.

Likely will keep the boiler running until end of March. As you can see the blue skies, it was a gorgeous day.
