I said 800 or so LBs. Signaled the guy to stop and here I am with a full ton in the bed of my truck. Rip rap for the drainage ditch.

Here's the route i would recommend. Either prefill before going to a scrounge or get a kit with a compressor and adjust on the fly. They are unbeatable if you regularly haul heavy loads.

Load of Water Oak, in the red oak family and pretty common in my neck of the woods. Not as good as White Oak...but its oak.

X2. I have Air Lift bags. Air down and you can’t tell anything was done to the suspension.

One limb from a Willow Oak
    IMG_3303.jpeg
I’d say it’s typical for an open grown one to have 30+ of these big spreading limbs. A firewood bonanza if you can get a whole tree. It’s 70 so I gotta go :stacker:

Load of 100 bundles for a new customer. Mixed hardwood...mostly sugar and Norway maple, cherry, tulip poplar and box elder.

One of the local stores I sell to has a business partner who owns a store, but a lot farther than my usual range. He was willing to pay the extra. My usual delivery is 30-50 bundles. This was a record for me. IMG_5079.JPG IMG_5080.JPG IMG_5081.JPG
