Load of red maple delivered yesterday. Emptied a half cord rack. Ill refill with the red maple I scored on Thursday. Most of which has been split already.
Here's the route i would recommend. Either prefill before going to a scrounge or get a kit with a compressor and adjust on the fly. They are unbeatable if you regularly haul heavy loads. Air Lift Company - Tow and Haul with Safety and Comfort
Load of Water Oak, in the red oak family and pretty common in my neck of the woods. Not as good as White Oak...but its oak.
No wood yet, but new to me wood hauler. 2005 1500. Should have it home Sunday and then find some wood to throw in it. Not sure what I will do with Tippy yet.
One limb from a Willow Oak I’d say it’s typical for an open grown one to have 30+ of these big spreading limbs. A firewood bonanza if you can get a whole tree. It’s 70 so I gotta go
Load of 100 bundles for a new customer. Mixed hardwood...mostly sugar and Norway maple, cherry, tulip poplar and box elder. One of the local stores I sell to has a business partner who owns a store, but a lot farther than my usual range. He was willing to pay the extra. My usual delivery is 30-50 bundles. This was a record for me.
