In Burlington VT for the weekend w my wife. Had a Fiddlehead IPA.
A little spicy for my tastes but ultimately I still enjoyed it.

If you like pizza at all, you have to go to Barnyard Pizza

They had a great selection of beers too. It was delicious.

    You and Horkn
That’s South Burlington almost to Williston:picard:

Downtown Burlington is impossible, no parking, not worth hassle especially with women or kids

the pour house a decent watering hole

Wife & I have a spot in Stowe we like to go in the summer- no can do in the winter- got priced out.
Burlington was fun when I was in my 20s but now it’s a little passé for me. We drove into Stowe today for the day but now we’re in for the night. We don’t often get a weekend to ourselves but when we do VT is usually top of the list.
The close enough / far enough ratio is just right for us.

Burlington has become a little big city in the last few years. Shootings frequently on weekends even in the afternoon.

What did you think about barnyard? I'm not into stouts, but they had a good selection of beer when I was there.

I'm drinking my margaritas again/still. Made with El Jimador reposado tequila. That's my go to good but not sipper worthy tequila for mixers.

    Nice spot.
Everyone was very friendly. Pizza was good, but I’m from CT so we don’t lack for a good pie.
I like a stout once in a while but usually stick to light beer.
Zero Gravity had some good beers. Drinking the Little Wolf Pale Ale as I type this out.

I had a glass of Merlot with my spaghetti dinner as well. I'll save a beer or 3 for you.
