I disagree. If it is a "one time warranty" then don't call it a "lifetime warranty"Just sayin!

 

They can get out of it by saying the tool is warrantied for the tool's lifetime, not the buyer's.

We are making a one time exception and replacing your tool. Going forward, we require receipts in the warranty process.
