Sitting at -11C/13F this morning, such a non event weather wise I love it. By Sunday it's supposed to get above freezing in the daytime! I like the warm weather system of settle in fire, go bed without middle of night alarm, throw wood in when I fire up the coffee. Small pine warming the way.

I was enjoying the cold and the snow. Now that it’s raining, I’m ready for it all to be gone! I guess we’ll have to wait

Managed to get the parking area clear of snow pack yesterday. Asphalt/concrete looks like it should once again.

Some snowmobiles on the lake almost sounded like they were struggling yesterday. This winter's season sure got shorted for them.

Cherry and some other mystery stuff.
74 going to bed last night, still 68 this morning.

Had the living room filled with clothes on the drying rack because the dryer died earlier in the day.

Very temperate today though. 50 degrees already. Dense fog on the way to work.

Replacement belt for the dryer should be here tomorrow.

-9C/16F at the moment, life is good for now lol. It's amazing what sleeping through the night can do for a guys spirits. Pine and random poplar feeding the machine.

Outside temp was 66 this morning. I opened up the air to burn out whatever was left from last night’s load. Grateful for the break.

Pretty warm here for the end of January...
Back to ash elm and box elder. I think I'll start pulling wood from the patio stack that I typically pull from starting in February. It's basically February anyways. There's fir, box elder elm and ash in there for sure.

38 outside/71 inside. Sorry to say natural gas will be doing the work for a few days:( Better than if it was left in charge a week ago with temps 40 degrees lower!

I’m sure we’ll be up in 110-115 range in July. We try not to be mediocre here in Ok. From one extreme to the other with a 2 week Spring and Fall.
