I could stand a few days in the 70's! Without the bad weather.

It is said that miracles happen. I had a funny one happen to me. Several years ago my wife talked me into getting some hearing aids. I didn't wear them all the time as they bothered me some and most of the time I didn't think they were necessary. They were helpful when going to some meetings but for every day use, not so much. It seems I stopped wearing them some time before I lost my wife. After that I could not find them. I finally decided they probably got thrown out when we were cleaning house after she died. She has been gone now over 3 years. By accident I just found them! Of course they were right in the open... Senior moment?!

    Good morning y'all.

    46/53 fog, clouds, and rain.

Plan to do something useful today

Yesterday, after working in the shop in the morning, the boys and I sawed cedar logs and burned the oak scraps.

We are looking at a program called Switcher Studio using iPhones and a iPad. I am not a Mac person so this will be a learning curve for me. We have a FB page and a YouTube channel we livestream to now but the audio isn't that great using the Owl.

Morning all. Hopefully it is just windy today as we are going to be moving firewood again. Re-organizing Mom's backyard. We got some of it done yesterday but it was cut short as I had a meeting at the church.

Sawdust Man Looks like your snow is gone. That bonfire must have really thrown off the heat.
Backwoods Savage to be successful, hearing aids have to worn all the time except sleeping. That way you get used to all the noises you haven't heard in years and can filter out the background noises. And at least once a year, have them tuned up for any further hearing loss you may have.

    Everyone have a great day.

Yes it's finally warmed up enough to rid us of the snow/ice.

That was a dandy fire for sure, there was around 3 cords of oak there.

    Good morning, members.

    Damp day ahead. 36⁰/40⁰ rain

I had the check engine light on my Minivan(2012 dodge grand caravan, 110k miles) came on. Transmission solenoid. Along with some other work needing to be done, the total would exceed trade-in value. So, off to do a test drive today.

Good morning. Like many have said. The temperature has risen to melt things away but the fields are so soggy little work can be done.
Enjoy your day and weekend, everyone!

For Sam's 15th birthday I took him fishing gear shopping yesterday.....his birthday is the 30th but the weather was such garbage yesterday I decided to do it early.

Morning all. Well our nice day yesterday turned into rain today. We managed to get the truck out to the dump and get rid of old wood waste from Mom's before the rain started. campinspecter is moving firewood into our basement this morning and getting laundry done. I have been battling a headache all morning. I think it is nap time. It is hard to get computer work done with this headache. Usually once I get up and get moving, the headaches disappear but not this morning.

Everyone have a great day no matter what the weather is doing.
