    I like me some cauliflower. Especially cheesy cauliflower soup with bacon or smoked sausage in it. Its also great in coleslaw instead of cabbage. That said, its "rice" about as much as spaghetti squash is pasta. Not even close. Lol

    I hammered a pothole driving throught Detroit last night that was at least 6ft across and 5 ft long. I never hit so hard in my life. Within the next half mile there were 5 cars on the side of the road with flats. I got lucky. Changing a tire on the side of a Detroit freeway, in the dark and in the rain is not something on my bucket list.

    That happened to us on the interstate in Colorado. We were going to a family wedding over an hour away and dressed very nice. It was 104* that day, my husband changed the blown tire in hot asphalt parking lot and we missed the photographs :headbang:

    Back in the 80's, I was talking with a co-worker about winning the lottery. I told him people would be wondering "what ever happened to me? He just stopped coming to work."

    He was a forklift driver (we all were) and said "They'd have to fire me.......I'd be driving this thing into all sorts of stuff!"

    Judging from that pic, I'd have to say he hit the lotto!!!!! :rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol:
