Well, here we go again. 1-2 inches of rain forecasted for tonight. If true, we'll have had 18 inches of rain over the last 6 weeks.

I'll bring wood to the house. Then, some this-n-that activities.

Planning to do something useful today....maybe sawdust related.

Finished the 1x10 order yesterday, then got some cedar logs under the roof for the alleged snow/cold that's coming....I dislike sawing logs with snow/ice on em.

Morning all. Day is dawning clear with temps at 14 F! and windy. "They" were right. Artic air is blanketing the area.
We made an emergency dental trip down island yesterday. Sunshine and mostly clear roads going down. Halfway back we got light blowing snow with compacted areas which ended before we got home. I got to drive down and campinspecter drove back. I think this weather is with us until Monday when rain is predicted. Depends whether it warms up before it rains or the rain moves in early whether we will get snow.
Busy day today doing chores that didn't get done yesterday. One thing about retirement I am finding, plans change quickly.

We welcomed my 5th followed shortly by my 6th grandchild this week.

Last Saturday, two weeks early, little Thomas Ryan said he had enough of that cozy womb and made his appearance. Everyone is healthy but as you see, my son and his wife apparently went bargain shopping and got a Vikings sleeper.

Then this Wednesday my daughter brought into this world Ezra Andrew. Again, most importantly everyone is safe and healthy.

We met little Thomas but with our blizzard going on we haven't been able to travel to see Ezra.

Absolutely blessed!
