I'm on the cusp between the 4-6" and the 6-12" area.

Have a Very Happy Birthday while you wait on the snow!

I'll stay inside also. The reality is I can't go out much at all unless everything is clear. Limited steps with the walker. Motorized wheelchair for most other getting about. (5 falls in the past two weeks, one fall required EMS)

Snow? Huh... who knew it snowed here?

Well I guess I should make sure things are ready. The air intake hose on my old Gravely Model L finally got to where the clamp would not hold the pieces together anymore. You can't see it but the bottom of the old hose that connects to the updraft carb is rotted out from decades of gas puddling in it.

$50 or more plus shipping for 8" of "Genuine N.O.S." hose, all said and done at least $80? ---Noooo.... I'll pass--- off to the car parts store and Voila' $18 and a little bit of trimming.

I even managed to finally find a piece of the correct size tire chain with cross links at the hardware store (the dump). So I got to replace the two broken cross chains and have enough for one more, plus a number other associated bits and pieces.

I always use real maple syrup and real butter. Fake products often make me feel sick after I eat some. esp. fake sugars and fats
