37/71. Feeding the Englands 2-3 splits at a time of RO in an effort to not roast us out.

Had a high in the mid-thirty's , but not bad. Had to drive an hour and fifteen minutes each way to correct a minor programming issue at a care home. After that I did get the pickup unloaded and moved to the back yard and a tote in the driveway. Filled a tote of locust plus a half tote of chunky monkeys to mix in.

36 (forecast low of 29), 72 in the living room. Pitch pine again (as every burn up to now this season - and as I'm getting bored with it, I brought a few splits of maple in for Thursday night when it's supposed to get down to 22. Not that the pine can't do it, but something else would be nice for a change).

Just so Backwoods Savage and Chvymn99 don't feel all alone, I'll be emptying my ash can this afternoon! :salute:

We've certainly been lucky with some mild weather. Still haven't had a 24 hour burn and still burning short quick pine fire in the morning and another around suppertime. If this keeps up I may have to cut and split some more pine for Spring.

Thermometer says 35 but it feels colder with the damp and the wind. Burning some ash, hickory, and oak mix in the boiler.

Hard to keep track of how much I've burned this year, but it isn't much.

31 now, 72 inside. Loaded pitch pine again around 8 pm.
It's been warm indeed; the stove has been mostly running at very low output.
