We had fun at our friends wedding last night. Probably the most fun at any wedding we've ever attended. Chilling at home, until we go out to another friend's house for NYE tonight. I'm glad I sucked it up and took care of all of that firewood I made within a day.

Tomorrow will be another extended recovery day, before I need to go back to work Tuesday.

Party is just starting here, probly be over by 8:00pm. My 9yo says he is staying up till midnight. The only time I see that hour is when I’m working the night shift.

If I got it, there would be a few trips made to the dump. And a stop on the way back at the building supply each time :saw:

So I hear they can't get a plow driver willing to plow this stretch of road this winter. That's scary...

All the local towns are looking for plow drivers. Seems like there is a party going on somewhere I’m missing out on…

Not here...because unless we get some temps below 32* sometime before springtime, we gonna need people to man the pumps a lot more than the plows!

Apparently it's in such poor condition that the plows snag quite often. Now I've seen it get pretty bad in the past but I thought it was half decent by comparison last time I was down there. It's certainly one of the lower priority main roads in the region, as it doesn't have very much population. But the thought of being snowbound has to be scary for those who do live there....

Well, my truck will be busy for the next several weeks. We decided yesterday that mom is going to move in with me.

Getting there I guess. A few items will have to get a rush put on them. Can work around the remainder for now.

Just when I think I’m getting better, nope. But the cold chills have been gone for over a day now. Big relief. Slowly but surely.
