    Good morning y'all.

47/57 with gobs of clouds & a bit of light rain.

Planning to work at my sister's place with the Kubota & saws some more today.

Yesterday after returning with the walnut (and a chunk of cherry), I took the tractor to my sister's place to spread gravel in the pole building to get the floor above the flood plain so's it's actually usable....

Then I swacked a post oak that was leaning over their barn....kinda.

Morning all. Yeah I got the tree and decorations up yesterday. Started to watch the football game last night but I went to bed early as I was fighting a headache all day. Usually they disappear by lunchtime but not yesterday. Got up this morning and it is still lingering. Not as bad though. Chores today and odds and ends for Christmas. Still have two presents to wrap. I think we have rain again today. Yesterday morning wasn't too bad. The sun came out for a bit.

    Everyone have a great day.

Morning all. Rather a surprise this morning. It is dawning clear with frost on the ground. I don't think it will last though. Rain for Christmas.

The Wise Men had been searching the Hebrew scriptures and knew that something momentous was going to happen. A Messiah would be born and they knew the time of the prophecy was all most here. A star out of Bethlehem told them that now was the time to see him so they packed up and made the long journey. Their journey was long and could only be made at night as the star led them to Bethlehem. When they got there, they presented their gifts fit for a king.
Are we willing to search the scriptures, the Word of God and seek our Saviour? Are we willing to make the journey to give him the gift of our heart. He is waiting right now for you to make the choice to spend eternity with him.

On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh. Matthew 2: 11

    Happy Sabbath, everyone.

Hey all, 16'F on the wake up this AM, up to 36 now and they are talking a little warmer each day to Xmas. I was thinking of all of you a short while ago, sitting in front of my Woodstock AS, taking off my boots, and warming up a bit.

    Good morning, members.

    A nice day ahead. 35⁰/45⁰ mix sun/clouds.

We'll be visiting with my folks this afternoon. Then, to a local Chinese buffet place. Hoping we'll be early enough to beat the Christmas eve crowd.

Good morning. It was 45f when I got up. My compost is still running hot. It is usually dormant by now. Interesting weather, and certainly the warmest December I have ever seen here.

I have a fire going, but had to turn off the fan on the stove. My wife is cooking up a storm for our Christmas Eve meal with the kids today.
