I have 37/73. Pretty much burning RO w/ little draft, almost idle during the daylight hours. Finished off the second full row in my basement stacks.

Took my eye off the ball last night.
    Woke up to find 17/63.
Got the fire up and running before leaving for work. Not sure what the house is now but I’m (b)etting close to 70. Going to warm up a bit here today but still supposed to stay in the 30s if the prediction holds.

    I love winter.

    Fixed a spelling error.

52/67. High of 58. Probably no fire today. Rained all night but thinking the solar gain will keep it comfortable.

Warm this morning...42. Didn't even bother loading the boiler last night. Rearranged the coals this morning, put on 4 pieces of wood. Should be good until tomorrow AM.

Already 47f outside so no fire last night. Not sure there will be one tonight either and after that we are heading to my parents place to celebrate the birth of our savior. With a cold stove I may swap out the cat so I can try a soak on this one due to it being a couple years old.

I slept in til almost 8AM this morning. Inside temp was 65 and mid 30's out. Fire had died overnight. Great sleeping temp but chilly whey you get out of bed. Elm and birch are doing the job warming the house.

44/70 supposed to creep close to 50 today. Haven't done anything with the fire yet, still coals from last night. Either I will load a very small load or let it go till tonight, flip a coin.
