    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 28° and sunny, upper 40's. Finished nite shift for the week, off till Friday. More organizing on the woodyard, got a plastic bin of older chunks moved into totes and delivered to my cousin down the road...they were out of wood... 20231218_113914.jpg
    Still have at least 1 more tote in another bin to give them... 20231218_113941.jpg
    The plastic bins were in the way.
    Have a coworker coming to pick up 1 of his totes about lunch time.
    May go look at a camper this evening...

    Morning all. Wet out there today. Doesn't look like it is going to dry up in the foreseeable future. It is rather depressing when the days are dark as well. At least I got my parcels that needed mailing done yesterday. A lot of running around. Now to decorate the house and finish some last minute gifts.

    This was the view while we were watching curling and football on Sunday. I had to use zoom to get the mountain peaks to show. They were actually brighter than that with the sun on them.

    This morning I'm taking dad to an appointment for some custom wrist braces. The hope is that he actually wears them to try to lessen the impact of carpal tunnel.

    I hope to get back to restacking a fallen rack.

    Dark or cloudy days are the norm in fall and winter. Bear with it. It won't be long before we see more sunshine but warm weather will take a while to return, although we've had relatively warm so far in November and December. They are forecasting 50 for Christmas day here which is very rare. I think I've seen it that warm for Christmas exactly one time in my life.

    Morning all. Dark, wet and foggy out there this morning. We aren't getting any snow for Christmas unless an unexpected cold snap happens. Here getting snow for Christmas is an unusual event. Early Dec for our first snowfall which disappears quickly and then snow in January - if we are going to get any snow this year.

    Up late last night. We took the new to us 2023 Tacoma down to get running boards put on it so I could get into the truck. Of course, campinspecter said it was for Shadow's convenience to get into the truck. She is getting older now and can't quite jump as high as she used to.

    Today is wrapping final presents and putting the tree up. Yes, I have been procrastinating about the tree and decorating. I don't know about retirement. It seems busier than working. Getting up later in the mornings as we stayed up too late at night isn't helping either.
