The insurance company finally caught up with me. Since the Fisher is anti everything as far as todays "safety" standards, it had to go. Even a clean bill of health from the state fire marshal wasn’t good enough anymore.

So long old friend. Been heating the house since before the kids were around.

Here’s to a hopefully another long friendship to come after learning a new personality. New Lopi Liberty fits the space pretty good. First run outside yesterday to burn the paint. Installed this afternoon. No instant melt your face off heat but it’s holding its own so far this evening.

Your new stove looks good in the space. Hard to see the Fisher go due to an insurance company!

Is that an LP tank near the Fisher? You know that might kill your entire family including your unborn great great grand children?

interested to hear how you like the Lopi compared to the heat beast!

My neighbor used to have a Fisher like that and I'm sure he would still be using it if he didn't move. I have the Lopi Endeavor and absoluetly love it. I hope you will enjoy yours for years to come!

New stove looks good there. Yes, it's a shame that even the fire Marshall's ok wasn't good enough. Mom and dad used Fisher stoves for years, still have all 3.

The insurance company didn't freak out about the propane tank of the gas tank on that saw?

You went big on the Lopi. That liberty is supposed to be a heating monster.

Nice to see the doug fir in there.

That old dummy tank was water purged and empty with the screw out of the valve. I put it there just to bother someone who used to be an in-law, it worked VERY well. There’s two more saws hanging on the wall now, I just left the gas caps off for a while so it could all evaporate out and there wouldn’t be anything to worry about.

The Fisher was not junked. It’s in the basement waiting for me to finish a building project then it will be back in use. There’s a small collection down there, two have never been used before, NOS.

It'll take a couple days to get dialed in the Liberty shows promise.

I knew you were way too savvy to have blatant hazards like that. Well done.
