Are any of the lower power scopes possibly rim fire ones?

The two wever v16s are/were popular with rimfire guys.
As well as the Leupoldv x-freedom 3-9x33 EFR scopes.
As far as them being designed specifically for rimfire, I don't know.

From what I can gather it's that the parallax is set up for closer distances.
I have a marlin 60 that I bought 38 years ago that I want a scope for. Still has a Tasco 4 power that is so small I find it very difficult to use.

I may have a decent scope for that application in the collection someplace, I'll look tomorrow.

I believe efr is extended focus range. Or it was on the Leupold 6.5-20 I had. Its adjustable objective focused down to 10 yards. Most dedicated rim fire scopes are fixed at 50 yards unless they have adjustable objective / side parallax adjustment. His 3-9x33 EFR Leupold might do something like mine did.

    Not the same scope.

Mine is the Leupold built USA scope.
    Just to clarify....

I was going to ask if it was a Leupold built scope but I'm not in the market currently.

When I was looking up the scope I noticed two different price points.
Think this would be ok on a marlin 60?

Appears Leupold no longer owns or produces Redfield. They sold it to Academy in 2021.
