I like a chain to feed a little better than that one did for the most part. I don't want a super hungry chain when felling though.
I got a guy who dropped off a few RS chains for me to look at, says his 046 just wont pull a 25" setup. When I asked him who "touched up" his chains, he said that they were brand new. I told him to go back and return them, but he said he didnt want to drive from NY to Florida to do so Looks like I have a few more round to square practice chains now.
Somewhere near Spring Hill. I think he got stiffed due to someone returning a chain and it got re-sold to him. 3 chains exactely like that, cutters not even heated up
That chain is junk now, if he truly did by that chain new I would be making a phone call the the dealer that sold it to him and demanding a refund.
I tried nudging him into that direction, but he just wants me to get him 3 new ones. The other chains will be thrown in the trash but I am keeping this one to practice my square with. Once I can get 2 or 3 teeth looking good, then I will chuck this one too
