    I’m not so sure I’d want one as a pet but I’d defiantly be interested in trying the meat.

    Exactly why I wouldn’t want one as a pet. Look at those claws!

    I can’t imagine the meat is much different than whitetail deer? I have seen it offered on some internet butcher sites but if I’m going to give it a go I’d like it to be fresh first time around.

    A gunners mate on my first ship was knocked on his azz by one. Liberty call in Australia and being in a bar (go figure-what are the odds, right?) a local had a roo in with him. My buddy kept poking the roo and the local kept telling him "Don't do that, mate!" He found out why. Flew backwards into table and chairs!!! Followed by a lot of laughter!!

    Kangaroo meat is nothing like venison; it’s weird; not a white or red meat but more of a pink meat.
    Delicious and healthy for ya low In cholesterol and a lean meat.. very tender but it was a young roo that got hit by a car so.

    Kangaroo are a wild animals; it’s not the front or top
    Arms you worry about they just grab you, then they kick you with the rear legs with 5 inch razor sharp nails.

    Met a bushman at a hostel in the Northern Territory that been kicked.. hundred of stitches looked like Freddy Kruger wound.
