    I just got some because it was all the local store had available. Seems pretty ‘thin’ compared to the stuff I normally get.

    That's the brand, but I don't remember it labeled as 10 weight. I liked the stuff I ran, maybe a couple of years ago. Maybe it's just the green jug that trips my trigger.

    A few times yes, some of them can get stringy. Maybe not as bad as elm, but similar to a stubborn batch of white oak.

    Noticed after cutting it gets light red rings on the fresh cuts. This is logs that have been cut for a couple years.
