    Here you can see I keep the bar angled a little from 90 and the noodles keep clearing. If I cut at 90 guarantee it would clog. 21” rounds.

    Relieve your cutter like this (assuming you are running .325, so the smallest diameter file you can get. It acts as a chip breaker noodling. IMG_0419.jpeg IMG_0425.jpeg IMG_0366.jpeg

    The curly q’s are from a piece of pine, notice the oak noodles that look like fast fed drill shavings…. The ones towards the top.
