I guess I've been a lost member myself for a while. Life has been far too busy. I checked in yesterday and saw about Molly moving to FL. I just spoke with her for a bit. She already bought a place in the same community as Brandon Scott, and is actually headed down next week to bring some things down. She is planning to have already spent her last winter in the cold, and hopes to have her house up here on the market next spring/summer. She is giving/selling her firewood hoard away to her neighbors. I may buy some from her too when she gets back next month. She is definitely looking forward to getting away from the high cost of living up here, and getting away from the needs that owning her home requires.
Wow, did not know this. Best of luck to her Midwinter .............. I know the FL weather has helped my father with his aches and pains at 77yrs old. He was in town for a few days and heading back down tomorrow. But I'll see him next week down in KW and he's coming back for Xmas, my kids are happy, we've all missed him.
Still kicking, don't post much through the summer but back at it now good or bad. Thanks for thinking of me.
I believe he wasn't a fan of people referring to/associating cheaper products, with certain countries.
I have said it before and I'll say it again; but there is a sad reality of explanation. I think people die unexpectedly and there is no way for us to learn of their passing. I enjoyed his posts much also.
That thought has crossed my mind and it may be the expanation. If anyone knew his real name looking up an obituary should be possible. Just a mystery I have pondered.
And I don't think most spouses/extended family would ever think about that there is online "family" that would like to know too...
Passwords or apps might not be available to the family either. Or realize what a close group we have here.
I would hope that personal info like that would be left inaccessible..........and deleted after a certain time period of inactivity.
