Can anyone tell me anything about a High Valley Stove model 1600? I have found a used one for what sounds like a great price but would like some feedback on this stove if possible
    TIA

I was able to do a minimum amount of snooping around after work. Turns out the manufacturer is still open and in business, still makes that model and still has parts for it.

While unable to make out much of the stove from the pictures provided, depending on the price and what you're willing to pay, factor in replacing the reburn tubes and the gaskets. This is all presuming the stove is otherwise in working order and nothing is warped or broken.

I bought a used stove years ago, "fixed it up" and got a few years of use out of it before getting the stove I have now. The old stove is at my cousin's place and he still uses it, so some of these older stoves can still have quite a bit of life in them. Could just be some surface rust throwing me off thinking its an old stove. If you do go for it- I hope you get a thread going on fixing it up and all that. Good luck!

Thank you so much for doing this! That makes me feel a lot better that it’s still being produced. I really don’t think it’s been used much. Someone had it in a small shed and it’s been there for years. I’ll find out more when I get there but I think it’s gonna come home with me for $200 pipe included

Pipe, as in chimney? That's worth it just by itself! Don't see how you can go wrong at that price...
Edit, I see the pipe in the pics there then...

Yes at least one 3-4 foot section. That alone is probably worth it
