After work I split this pile, noddled these rounds, and started cutting the logs. Didn't get far cutting, ran out of gas. You would think with 6 saws and numerous 5 gallon cans I'd have some. I'm plumb out.
I always generally have plenty of gas around as I keep 2 5 gallon cans with stabilizer for the generator. What I did do one time was head out late in the day to cut some and took everything but the gas and oil. Cut till the saws were empty.
Whats the rounds in the bottom pic ash? Always keep some gas on hand you never know what might happen esp these days. I have five 5 gallon cans and two 2 gallon cans on rotation and mixed with stabil.
Yes ash. Several ash logs in there. I usually keep plenty of gas around, between the splutter and lawn mower I ran out.
Looks like a productive few hours. I have a two gallon can for mix and another kept near the splitter for regular gas. A one liter bottle pf mix in the take a long toolbox for when im at a cut. A few times there was very little in the bottle when i needed it.
Didn't get much done this evening. Been a long hard day. Started at 4am and left at 4pm, no lunch. Still got a little cut.
