    A friend had a cherry tree take down and asked if I want the wood. 2 miles from my house. Yessir!

    The homeowner actually had three cherry trees taken down. They chipped the small limbs. I took the other limbs and pieces in a previous load. This pieces in my truck in that photo were the last of it. I also saved two logs that I am giving to a friend for milling. Below are the two logs I salvaged.

    Nice and straight for milling. Hopefully the heartwood has some good color to it. Ive noticed a difference in color with all the cherry ive been processing lately.
