    I used to be able to get some decent tacos when I lived in Tx, Az, and Ca. but in this area, the best tacos are always homemade tacos. Always disappointed by restaurants that are franchised when it is Mexican food.

    When I first arrived here I was told there was a vast body of knowledge available. How true it it. I just stumbled on this thread and it's down the rabbit hole.

    Just finished a couple eggs over easy in my CI skillet of dubious heritage, along with a bagel with cream cheese. I love the ol' thing. My favorite fat for frying eggs is butter.

    Breakfast was delicious and you folks were the inspiration.
